Designed and produced a structured data application for a real estate investment fund. My custom software solution enabled the company to efficiently track property through a pipeline that included analysis, acquisition, entitlement, and accounting. Interfaced with all departments to tie their needs into a global UX workflow.

Enter a new contact and assign to one or more categories that integrate with the entire system.

 PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

An investment property is tracked with all the relevant info and notes.

An investment analysis is performed on the property and saved using an online javascript spreadsheet.

If property is purchased, all of the escrow information is tracked.

Properties are moved through the pipeline and automatically organized.

A property under development has a project management system.

A property under development has a budget management system.

A property under development is assigned vendors from contact management.

Each employee is given appropriate access which creates a unique experience for them.

This report is the current holdings of the portfolio. A menu shows all available reports to the particular employee.

This report shows the project management milestones for all the properties.

The internal review report is for management to review the current state of the portfolio.

Financial projections report shows the combined projections for all the properties in the portfolio.
